Some physicians feel that it is important for people to receive a medical checkup prior to developing an exercise program. According to Runner's World, two out of three runners get hurt every year. Considering that there are approximately 25 million Americans who jog, there are a potential 50 million injured legs, knees, or ankles every or improve their health so that they can perform their best. Since some sports are incredibly competitive, homeopathic medicines offer many people that extra edge that is so important in achieving one's peak performance.
Kate Schmidt, two-time Olympic medalist in javelin throw ing, says that "homeopathy can be effective in treating almost anything short of what needs surgery."
