Introduction to Homeopathy
It is time for me once again to hit the books on a subject I am studying at Everglades University. The subject is homeopathy. I knew very little about homeopathy (until I delved into this class) and was very curious what the” chatter” was all about. My everyday reading of the homeopathic texts and lectures contributes greatly to jaw-dropping, hours spent contemplating and digesting the information, and amazement how an efficient, logical system of health, like homeopathy, can be ignored and discredited by most American physicians. Homeopathy has tons of information and understanding to offer in order to combat chronic disease.
What saddens me is that most American physicians know essentially little of homeopathy and thus can’t choose whether or not to use what it has to offer. What should call for outrage however, is the fact that most American physicians are so set dead against homeopathy that they routinely reject the patients telling them that homeopathic medicine cured their chronic disease. The status quo remains, physicians’ rehearsed, feeble reaction is that the healing was probably due to “spontaneous remission” or that of the medicine merely being a “placebo.”
Just in case you are tired of experiencing the side effects of conventional drugs and think of being cured by a “spontaneous remission,” a “placebo” or whatever you want to call it, perhaps you should give homeopathy a go at it.
I will try to illuminate the subject of homeopathy so you may decide for yourself if homeopathy could be the answer to your quest for optimum health.
